Matt,
I am using Horizon View Client build 5.3.0 I noticed yours is 5.4 Can you try the 5.3 client? My View Agent is the same build as yours, so no worries there. Also, I promise having Lync installed on your host will sabotage you. Until we get this resolved, please remove the Lync 2013 client of your PC/Laptop/Endpoint that you are using to connect to your VDI Desktop.
