Re: Horizon Workspace Windows client not syncing all changes

My name is Jason and I'm a developer on the Horizon Workspace team. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems synchronizing your files!

 

Could you please provide us with the diagnostic bundle for the client that is experiencing the problem? You can generate the bundle by right-clicking on the Horizon Workspace tray icon, clicking "Options", and then clicking on the "Collect diagnostic information".
