What I think (not sure though) is that the logical drives are not being detected as they were known before you tried to add the additional disks and therefore ESXi doesn't mount them. In the log file they show up as logical drive 2 and 3, whereas I would expect them to show up as logical drive 1 and 2. However, as mentioned I cant tell you for sure.
Do you have a datastore with virtual disks on the first disk with the ESXi installation on it? If not, a reinstallation would probably be an option (Caution: with ESXi versions prior to 5.x the installation wipes the whole installation disk). If this is something you consider, the I'd suggest you add the new disks prior to reinstalling ESXi.
Besides the ESXi issue, you may consider to upgrade the firmware on the host. E.g. the Raid controller and the disks have very old firmware and HP just recently released an advisory to upgrade the RAID controller and disk firmware due to possible data loss with old firmware (see e.g. http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=c03468137)
