Detecting and Deleting Old Folders

Hi,

Even when I "Delete from disk" a guest, the folder will still be left on the datastore.  Eventually, after I've recloned the images multiple times, I will accumulate a collection of folders with almost the same name. The names are identical except there is a an underscore ("_") followed by a number.  Here is one example:

How can I avoid this? Secondly, how can I detect they are there?
